Group Exercise

 FIGHTING OSTEO:  Staying active and exercising helps to strengthen muscles and improve overall bone health.  There are two types of osteoporosis exercises that are important for building and maintaining bone density: weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises.  This class focuses on Muscle-Strengthening Exercises.  These exercises include activities where you move your body, a weight, or some other resistance against gravity.  This class will be utilizing light weights to help improve your bone health.

​​​Classes are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 10 am

Cost is $5 per class

 

SIMPLY FIT Board

is a cardio, resistance, core, glutes and leg based training program designed to help you get fit & have fun at the same time.

Class is Wednesday at 5:30 pm

Cost is $5 per class
